Office space
Walking around the city of Sydney recently, it seems to me like there is a vast amount of rental property available in many office blocks. "For Lease" has replaced many corporate logos along most of the major streets.
Although I don't currently have the motivation or the means to set up my own business, I'd imagine those that do could strike a spicy deal for office space lasting for a few years.
